Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open:
- Monday to Friday: 7am - 6pm
- Saturday: 7am - 12pm
For your convenience we offer a complimentary drop-off service Monday-Friday. Your pet is welcome to spend the day with us when they aren't feeling well, need their annual physical, vaccines, lab work, etc...
Elective surgical appointments are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Dental appointments are available on Wednesdays. If your schedule conflicts with our surgery or dental schedule we will do our best to accomodate your special request, please ask!
Grooming and Bathing appointments are available Monday-Friday. If your pet needs a haircut or has a tangled, matted, or extra thick coat please request a Grooming appointment when you call.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.
In the event that your pet needs emergency care after hours our phone is automatically transferred to Pet Med Emergency facility enabling you to reach someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pet Med Veterinary Emergency (901) 624-9002 is located at 830 N. Germantown Pkwy. Ste 105, south of the rail road tracks before you get to Trinity Commons.

Pet Health Center accepts payment via cash, debit card, Telecheck, American Express, Care Credit, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all services. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome and encouraged to request one at any time for your expected charges.
